The GUD LIFE Holistic Health LIFE Cause addresses the MIND, BODY, and SPIRIT of individuals in our community.  We offer mental health awareness and education opportunities; physical conditioning and healthy lifestyle learning events; and a broad range of classes, workshops, and support groups designed to inspire the desire to live spiritually mature, meaningful, and purposeful lives. Through intentional and creative acts, GUD LIFE Holistic Health's purpose is to empower all of humanity.
